What do Anthony Bourdain, Emmanuel Stroobant and Lynn Crawford have in common? Aside from being chefs, appearing on TV and being exemplary in their field, they have ventured out o their comfort zones, out of their own kitchens just to experience new flavors the world has to offer. Going to places, trying exotic and diverse cuisines from different parts of the world had given them a new insight, a new perspective and respect to the nature’s gift to them.
Inspired by this, I too, try to expand the horizons of my palate, tasting different dishes from different restaurants in my hometown. Join me as I hop from one restaurant to another, tasting what each have to offer in search for the ultimate
